Both Composer and sandbox profiles install nexia-cloud-os/sdk-laravel 0.7.2 from Packagist. The frontend consumes @nexia/sdk 0.7.2. Package discovery, compatibility checks and local development tooling recognize the public PHP identity; legacy App requirements are accepted only through the SDK's exact version replacement.
Existing released Composer App versions remain pinned. No App branch merge or business App release is required for the package-name adoption.

The onboarding assistant can revise requested existing draft values after reading the form, while protecting later human edits. Preparation guides link available services and templates, and dialogs fit their content.
Completed import analysis connects to contextual help and exposes blocking reasons with editing and reference-review actions. Personnel cell correction and reference creation require the corresponding People App release in addition to this Core and SDK release.
Conversation pin and menu buttons fit the action column without unnecessary horizontal scrolling.
Localize developer repository and runtime error messages and fix translation validation of dynamically composed keys.
Isolated development frames reuse their supplied App translations, and default table action columns keep their fixed width.
Agent query timing is recorded once. Demo usage data can cross a month boundary, and developer runtime foreign keys receive concurrent indexes.

Add a Workbench management screen and separate Legal Entity-scoped permissions and APIs for administrators to find all filed cases, including healthy in-flight, blocked, and closed cases, and view their details. Other authors' drafts open a metadata-only detail; their content and attachments remain owner-only. Saved links with a no-longer-authorized Legal Entity can reset to authorized targets. Existing operator actions remain on the archive detail under their separate grants. No migration or SDK update is required; grant the new permissions explicitly.

Legal Entity-scoped approval actor pickers now list only active members of that Legal Entity. The document composer retains selected actor names in line errors. Existing saved lines are still revalidated when submitted; no migration or new permission is required.

Install the committed Composer and pnpm locks for the selected runtime profile, run the central index migration, refresh configuration and restart workers. Retain NEXIA_APP_RUNTIME=composer for production and sandbox for the developer host. CLI users can install @nexia/cli@alpha and rerun nexia setup --devtools to obtain public generators.
