Context menus opened over action menus receive pointer and keyboard input without closing the underlying menu, restore focus on dismissal, and adjust their position at viewport edges.

Operations

Added nexia-apps:seed-fixture to run selected App fixtures for an existing tenant without resetting its database. Specify the tenant ID, actor public ID and App dependency order. Recruiting prerequisites require People and Recruiting packages supporting the readiness profile.
Added --async to nexia-seed:import for long-running remote seed bundles. Imports run as encrypted jobs on the dedicated seed-imports Horizon lane, allow up to six hours, and suppress concurrent requests for the same profile and tenant target.

Public tenant authentication no longer bundles Central's Inertia runtime and unrelated animation engines into its shared startup JavaScript. Build checks reject their reintroduction even when merged into a shared chunk.

No SDK/App change is required. Existing synchronous seed-import commands continue to work unchanged.
