Compiled translation catalogs now follow the generating process’s file creation mask instead of retaining temporary-file permissions. This prevents a separate database operator or PHP worker from losing read access after the cache is rebuilt. Restrictive file creation masks remain respected.

Rebuild the catalog with php artisan nexia-runtime:cache-translation-catalogs under the normal deployment account and file creation mask. No database migration or SDK upgrade is required.
