Developer Console and app guidance

Unified access management and clearer app development guidance
Developer Console workflow
- Manage App permissions in workspace Settings → Roles and Access. Remove the console test-permission editor and its write endpoint; old bookmarks redirect to the new guidance. Existing roles and grants are retained; legacy console grants can also be revoked through workspace Access management.
- Place optional sample data under Development and explain how to run it and which environment it changes. Browse resource specifications through a searchable list and the selected resource's fields, permissions, and actions.
App development guidance
- Console keeps step-by-step commands and outcome checks, with links to sandbox App guides. The docs clarify first execution, database changes, and recovery.
- Run
nexia db seedfrom the App folder and inspect its latest database operation withnexia db status. Removed unsupportedfixturesandresources listcommand instructions from Console; browse public resources in the Console resource catalog.
No database migration or package version changes are required. Existing grants are preserved.
