Runtime import catalog validation

  • Prevent recursive permission discovery when loading isolated Apps that declare file imports. Host import permissions are validated against host declarations without loading the App catalog again. Scheduled work catalogs also retain their digest after database JSON key reordering. Requires PHP SDK 0.8.3; no database migration is required. Reconcile stopped failed preparations and prepare a new generation instead of rewriting accepted digests.
