Core 0.7.19

Fixed App menus changing the Work Tab address without changing its displayed screen. The shared runtime now uses the current router address when no pane-specific address is provided, while preserving pane isolation and mounted drafts.

No SDK, Composer dependency, environment or database changes are required.
