App pages and permission refreshes skip unrelated widget discovery.
Core 0.7.20
Development and installed App pages now request only their page bootstrap. Context and permission refreshes no longer rebuild dashboard and profile widget catalogs. Runtime selection, actor authorization and current permissions are still checked on every request; widget and profile surfaces retain their existing checks.
No SDK, Composer dependency, environment or database changes are required.
