Published App launcher and local preview recovery

Installed published Apps appear in the launcher; disconnected local previews stop polling.

  • Published runtime Apps now use the same permission-filtered launcher as Composer Apps, with their reviewed identity and installed entry route.
  • When the local development server disconnects, automatic polling pauses. Start nexia dev and connect again in App development. App data and installed execution remain unchanged.
