Cross-App reference reads carry read permissions only, avoiding oversized signed requests for Apps with many permissions. Explicit delegated requests and write-capability discovery retain their existing authority boundaries.
Reference dispatch reuses the selected resource execution. Execution state and actor authorization checks remain in place.
Operators must apply the resource callback pool from deploy/ploi/runtime-callbacks/php-fpm.conf. Its four workers match the shared serving pool. No App, SDK or data migration is required.
