Align App runtime contracts and Composer releases

0.7.44

Update installed App releases and their shared request, actor and organization contracts.

Updates the 27 Composer-installed App releases. App routes enter through the shared Middleware::APP_REQUEST contract while retaining installation, business permission and organization scope checks. Recruiting and Talent use SDK actor and organization contracts instead of Core model properties. Talent resolves organization permission reads through the public permission snapshot contract.

Published App dependency planning reads the runtime deployment once instead of repeating the same lookup for every dependency. Each new plan reads the current deployment; deployment status, distribution policy and tenant entitlement checks remain in place.

Laravel SDK remains at 0.8.3. No new environment variables or additional migrations are required. Apply this release's Composer lock together rather than mixing individual package versions. Published App images are separate from Composer adoption and must include the updated source when republished.
