Published App execution checks now batch the catalog, distribution entitlements and publication evidence for Apps in an accepted installation plan. This reduces database round trips as prerequisite Apps increase. Each check still reads current publication and entitlement state.

Publication withdrawal, deployment changes, revoked entitlements and installation-plan matching remain enforced. Execution authority is not cached across requests.

No App source, configuration or data migration changes are required. Composer dependencies and Laravel SDK 0.8.3 are unchanged from Core 0.7.45.
