This release adopts Payroll 0.5.17. Payroll dependency flags are queried once for the authorized page; updates and deletes still check current dependencies. Developer guides document bounded list queries and comparable measurements.

No SDK contract or database migration change is required. PHP SDK 0.8.4 remains installed. Deploy Core and refresh its workers normally; update the published Payroll artifact and shared runtime separately. Production adopts Payroll through the committed Composer lock. Isolated handler timings are not full browser or combined deployment timings.
