Profile cards no longer refresh the whole App menu on initial mount. A later authority change still refreshes navigation. Direct menu requests reuse runtime selection within one read-only calculation and recheck live selection on subsequent requests.

Developers deployments now stop after verification. Operators promote the same accepted commit explicitly after the Production Composer-profile release gate. The deployment readiness command supports --profile developers for isolated-runtime iterations; its default remains Production. No SDK change, App republication or database change is required.
