Early access application management and notifications

Platform administrators can search applications, review the questionnaire and private attachments, and update processing status and internal notes. Attachment downloads require a Central administrator session and are served as downloads rather than inline content.
Mail settings now include an early access notification switch and one editable recipient address. Both are initially unset/off; enable platform delivery, enable this notification, and save a recipient to activate it. Workers resolve the current recipient at send time. Previously received applications can be notified from their detail page when no send is recorded.
Intake remains saved if notification dispatch or delivery fails. The default queue retries delivery up to three times; the management screen records successful mail-transport acceptance. Apply the new Central migration and keep a default-lane queue worker running before enabling notifications. Automatic tenant provisioning remains outside this flow.

Developer SDK release notes

The developer portal lists PHP SDK and React SDK release notes separately, including releases sharing the same version. Product filters and language-switch links retain the selected SDK.
