The project overview shows an App's latest Git tag, published version, and active installed version separately. Repository tag refresh continues in the background, so an unavailable repository does not block the page.
Developer Console also provides versioned CLI release notes and more specific development failure guidance. The detailed database probe issues appear after the matching Manager and CLI updates are installed. No App code or SDK update is required for these views.
