Register and remove public IPv4 addresses allowed to connect to an App's external database writer. Revision checks prevent conflicting policy updates. Connection details remain unavailable until the network policy has been applied.
Apps consuming the new SDK contract require Laravel SDK0.9.1 and the matching isolated runtime. Time & Absence requires its corresponding release. Gateway activation and actual database-client verification are separate operator rollout steps.
