App events interrupted by temporary failures can resume with their original identity when execution becomes available again. Recovery checks the same database and a compatible consumer contract; completed events are not processed twice. Approval-link recovery remains separate from later business application steps.

Event handlers and reconciliation callbacks can read the tenant business timezone through TenantSettings::businessTimezone().

Apply Core 0.8.162 first, then Manager 0.1.0-alpha.88 and its rebuilt App runtime images. Updating Manager alone does not update existing App containers. No SDK update, App-specific configuration or database reset is required. Use the existing Inbox recovery flow after adoption; do not resubmit documents to recover an existing event.
