Reference reads no longer fail when a provider includes an opaque link to its own resource. Existing permissions and cross-App read restrictions remain in force.

Apply Core 0.8.165 first, then Manager 0.1.0-alpha.91 and its rebuilt App runtime images. Existing App containers need the new runtime to adopt the fix. No SDK update or database reset is required.
