Selected development App modules take precedence when loading screens. Compatible CLI and SDK builds can update the App without refreshing the Shell; unsaved forms and pending writes defer replacement. Rebuild the development App after adopting the matching tooling. Older SDK builds retain the explicit refresh path.

Native App writes, event handlers and completed background work wake event delivery after the database commit. Scheduled delivery remains available when a wake-up cannot be queued.
