Apps contributing Data Center choices declare providers, targets, and stages in resources/data-migrations.json; executable loaders stay in App code. Deliver catalogs generated by the matching runtime exporter. Old catalogs show an update notice until replaced.

Container App screens receive authorized cross-App prerequisite permissions, and tenant reference selectors use published declarations while preserving consumer and provider permissions. Runtime invitations use the public tenant URL.

For standalone App style fixes shipped alongside this release, adopt React SDK 0.8.8 and rebuild each App.
