Private apps in development workspaces

Project owners and members can install published private Apps linked to their project in their personal development workspaces without a separate tenant grant. Removing membership ends automatic access. Other projects’ private prerequisites still require membership, and production tenants still require explicit access. Existing manual sandbox grants do not override project membership. No SDK update or database migration is required.
