Core 0.8.79 directs ordinary App development errors to execution details and the CLI terminal. Preparation and shutdown notices explain why execution is waiting. After a database command fails, fix its cause and explicitly run the command again.

With CLI 0.1.0-alpha.30 and Manager 0.1.0-alpha.55, development watching continues while JSON and PHP errors are corrected, and diagnostics include safe PHP source locations and request-limit waiting status. This change requires no SDK update or App code changes.
