Organization lookup and list contracts

Choose operating units through lookup and declare date filters and export fields.
Use operatingUnitPicker="lookup" with the combined organization selector, declare list filters with kind: "dateRange", and map export fields with ResourceTableColumn.exportKey. Existing defaults remain compatible. Adopt Core 0.8.159 before using these options; Apps retain filter validation and row authorization. See the frontend host guide.
